Sometimes it's hard to understand that the basics to success in our business never change. There are certain things that if we do them every day, will cause us to succeed, even in the toughest markets. As a company, Century 21 Ambassador is dedicated to do what ever it takes to assist our agents to be as successful as possible.
Aaron and I attended an amazing two day workshop titled "The Art and Science of Coaching" by Tom Ferry. We took many fantastic tools away from that session. One of which is a 6 week boot camp that allowed a group of agents that in the previous 3 months sold a combined 7 homes to sell 16 homes in a matter of 6 weeks!! That is tremendous results!!!!
We have duplicated the boot camp to bring it to the Ambassador group and begin to achieve similar results.
